As per government guidelines, our studio is temporarily closed. However, we have are running daily live-streamed classes online via Facebook Live, with access to 100+ previously recorded videos, for just $14.95 per week! You can watch the videos live, or play them back at a time that suits you. As per government guidelines, our in-studio classes will increase to a maximum of 16 students.

Ruth discovered yoga and meditation after years of challenges with her mental health. Following a bad breakdown, she went searching for natural ways to keep herself well - changing to a plant-based vegan diet, seeing alternative healers, and moving her business to by the beach.

Having a daily practice of yoga and meditation keeps her balanced, out of the head and into the body, giving the mind a rest from the continual striving and mental chatter.Seeing the dramatic difference that these changes made to her life, Ruth was determined to share this with others, and this is how Yogaharta was created!

Most of our classes are suitable for beginners. Our Hatha, Slow Flow and Yin & Flow classes are great to start with, and for a more restorative practice, try our Yin and Restorative classes.

The second sutra of the eight-fold path of yoga is the theme and driving force behind our Living Yoga retreat. We have created this retreat weekend with the intention for you to truly experience how a yogic-centered lifestyle has the ability to achieve the above.

Over three days, you will be immersed in a yogic lifestyle, allowing you to embody the essence of this lifestyle science, and giving you the opportunity to retreat back to yourself whilst being surrounded by the beautiful Otway Ranges.The facilitators of the Living Yoga retreat - Emilie, Julie and Cody - have intentionally formulated an itinerary in a way to introduce the many practices yoga has to offer.
