The goal of our experienced, supportive teachers is to guide you through fun, creative sequences that will have you stepping off your mat and back into your day feeling confident, balanced and happy! You'll soon discover that Yoga and mindfulness will transform you from the inside, out - we aim to provide experiences that create long term memories and change.

Together, we bring an abundance of knowledge and passion for the ancient practices of Yoga; a common desire to share this knowledge is how 432 Yoga sprung to life!. Our practice of Yoga doesn't finish with Savasana - it has largely become a part of our every day lives; and it will be through our teachings where students from all walks of life will receive exciting tools to live happier and healthier.

Family is everything and I feel so lucky to share this precious life with my 2 beautiful girls, amazing husband and Flo the Frenchie. I've always dreamed of living by the sea & now call this home. I love exploring new places, sitting by the fire, sunrises and sunsets. I am passionate about natural, holistic health and mindfulness - combining Eastern and Western philosophies, therapies and practices.

You'll find us located upstairs at 'The Corner', Wellington Village; climb the timber staircase located between The Butlers Pantry Caf and Brazilian Butterfly - keep an eye out for our upstairs neighbours Anytime Fitness Rowville and Hills Physiotherapy.When you enter our studio expect to be greeted by our welcoming team, a naturally lit room with soft, inviting furnishings and tree top views.

Your in-studio practice will initially be limited to bookings via MindBody only, no walk ins. 6.00am classes are 45 minutes in duration, all other classes are 60 minutes in duration / Please arrive 10 minutes early. One hour, 2-3 times per week is all it takes to improve your quality of life, and to experience the optimal benefits of Yoga.

At 432 Yoga we offer an abundance of Yoga classes; spanning all seven days of the week, you're sure to find a class that resonates with you. Discover your style! This is our strongest class on the timetable; lots of heat can be generated with the continual movement typical of a Vinyasa class. Linking conscious breath with movement, this class is dynamic, challenging, energizing and fun! Suitable for all practicing levels.
