I stumbled by yoga some 18 years ago, it was love at first sight. I teach, I practice and I learn, I love to share, I love to create! Yoga is my path as well as a few building projects along the way; I'm a creator, I'm all about balance on and off the mat, I enjoy a glass of wine, I love chocolate and anything sweet, chef by trade I don't mind playing in the kitchen but now days prefer to be cooked for!

Available to new students only, practice once daily for 21 days *that's 3 weeks for $59. A great way to experience all the different styles and teachers at our beautiful oasis in the Foothills of the Dandenong Ranges. Please email valid ID with address before your first visit.*ie. This is a great way to enjoy affordable short term access to YOGA classes at Pure Hot Yoga.

There is no need to book for a hot yoga class, however it is on a first come first in basis. Please arrive 15 mins early and if it's your first time please register online before coming down. Doors close 5 minutes before start time. Wear something comfortable that you can stretch and sweat in. LADIES: lycra shorts or length leggings and sports bra or singlet.
