Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic classes that synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, usually beginning with Sun Salutations. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun! Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.
Prenatal Yoga

Our prenatal classes will provide a beautiful, safe and effective practice, and will relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body during one of the most exciting times of your life. You'll explore breathing exercises and meditation to help prepare you for a confident, calm birth and the journey into motherhood.
Mums and Bubs Yoga

For mum, our beautiful Mums & Bubs classes will support post birth recovery and provide a safe place with other mums to honour your emotions and the beautiful (but sometimes challenging!) journey of motherhood. For your baby, it's a nurturing time to be involved in gentle stretching, massage and interactive play.
Kids Yoga Program

Through sun salutations, visualisation, yoga poses, partner work, & fun games, our classes uncover many tools & techniques to achieve focus, empowerment, resilience, body awareness, & self-confidence. Kids will learn how to discover calm, energy, balance & strength, & learn to love themselves, better connect & communicate with those around them, and truly discover what it feels like to 'accept', 'be', and 'feel good'.
