Fantastic mix of warm, welcoming environment, bright, spacious studio and a genuinely challenging practice, with space for those of us who like to push a little harder. Still, I felt comfortable coming here when I was a beginner, because it really is a space for everyone. Easily my favourite studio in Australia!

I'm not much of a yogi myself but have been intermittently over the past few years and power living has been fantastic. Friendly staff, welcoming vibe and the classes are difficult enough that I sometimes have to give myself a pause midway through. If you can book in to a morning session it's a great start to the day

This yoga studio was the first I tried once moving to Melbourne, and it quickly became home. The staff is so thoughtful and welcoming. I never felt like an outsider. I felt a sense of belonging and community immediately.

A beautiful, well-lit space. A great studio to go to if you're looking for very energetic classes. The music is often quite loud and intense so if you're not into that be sure to check if it's a 'with music' or 'without music' class on the online timetable.

I have been very happy with my experience at Power Living so far. All the teachers bring something unique to the practice and I find them all to be incredibly knowledgeable. I regularly attend both Amy and Kara's classes and they are both exceptional teachers. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love attending yoga classes at Power Living Fitzroy. It has opened up a whole new world of self discovery on a physical and spiritual level. I am enjoying how my body is changing and my posture is aligning as I continue to challenge myself through my practice. Subtle aches and pains I was experiencing are starting to melt away.
