Go Yoga

Yoga was traditionally taught one-on-one with yogic masters passing down their wisdom to devotees in a way that was meaningful to each student. Individualised attention for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual growth is perhaps even more important in today's fast-paced, multitasking way of life.

Did you know that a number of Australian Health funds now provide rebates for yoga classes and private sessions from registered Yoga Australia Teachers? Consult your health fund directly or look up the Yoga Australia website for a list of Health Funds providing rebates and more information. Wear comfortable, lightweight attire that moves and stretches with your body.

To ensure you and your fellow Yogis have a rewarding Yoga experience, I ask that you observe the following guidelines when attending a class or course at GO YOGA. If you are attending a GO YOGA class or course, booking is essential as class size is limited to a maximum of 15 students to ensure individual attention where required.

Full membership: Unlimited 14-day $65 *includes access to studio classes and livestream/online class recordings, 16-week minimum commitment. Booking/payment terms and conditions: It is essential to book into any given livestream or studio class to secure a place.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled class or a failure to show, a grace is given on the first occasion, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows will result paying the cost of a drop-in class ($20).This policy also applies to Go Yoga Members, as another student could have that booking in the given Yoga class.

Block of 5- and 10-private sessions are valid for 1 year, while Introduction package is valid for 8 weeks. Private packages are non-refundable and non-transferable but can be extended due to serious illness only. Private packages will be automatically extended to reflect any studio closures or cancellations.
