It is the warmth you feel penetrate your skin when you are outside in the sun. FIR light should not be confused with ultraviolet light, which causes sunburn and damage to your skin.

Have a look at our timetable and decide which class you would like to attend - you can book your spot on the timetable / bookings page if you like. Aim to arrive at the studio 20 mins before the class starts so we can get you registered. Please note priority is given to online bookings, the door is locked when class commences so be sure to get there early.
