At Kozen we believe that everyone deserves to be happy and healthy, we also believe that the Kozen experience is powerful enough to start a revolution in your health. For some people this means making time for yourself to de-stress and move, for others it's a way to repair and tone the body. If you are new to Kozen, or not feeling up to practicing in studio, you can buy a Membership here. If you're looking to advance or deepen your Yoga practice, we run different workshops each month that are focused on helping you get the most out of both movement and mind.
