 
                                                
                            At Happy Hot Yoga, we use far infrared (fir) heaters which is installed safely in the ceiling to heat the room to between 30-40 degrees. We synchronize the temperature to what type of class we are performing. The infrared heat is classified as a healing heat to provide a therapeutic yoga practice that will empower all ages and levels of health, fitness and athleticism.
The unique combination of heat and yoga rejuvenates the body by upholding healing and boosting the immune system. Hot yoga builds strength and flexibility, and prevents gradual stiffening and joint deterioration. It also assists our body to mobilize toxins and sweat. Taking it slowly also gives you an opportunity to learn specific "skills" yoga builds-such as moving with grace and fluidity. All passes are non refundable, non transferable and dates are final.
