Val - is co-founder of Yoga Hotspot. Trained under Duncan Peak, Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Annie Carpenter and Byron Yoga Centre, Val teaches a range of classes from our most powerful (Power) to our Beginners classes and has the special ability of drawing out of you whatever is hidden inside. This special gift makes her classes both challenging and fun to attend.

Take advantage of our fantastic introductory offer of $39 for UNLIMITED classes at the studio (this pass is valid for 14 days). We hope to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. Please arrive in plenty of time to allow yourself to register and settle in.
