Pathology

Report

To determine the cause of a patient's illness, blood tests, biopsies and samples are sometimes required. Butler Boulevard Medical Centre is fully equipped with an in-house pathology laboratory that's open 7 days a week from 8:30am - 12:30pm. As such, blood test results can be returned within 2-3 days, allowing patients to begin treatment (if needed) sooner.

Ian's services have been incorporated into the service offerings at Shenton Avenue Medical. Ian works from the 'scientist-practitioner' model and incorporates a variety of theories that are evidence-based and are backed by research to show they are valid treatment approaches. This allows him the freedom to understand a client within the context of their current life situation.

Please note that medical consumables required for some procedures and medical report services will incur additional fees. Procedures, including but not limited to removal of moles and skin lesions, will attract a gap payment.

Doctors are great especially Dr. Tagaylo but the reception are such waste of time. Didn’t know how to call back to the patients with the right information.

Quiet practice, no long waits. Dr Peter Hubka has seen me 4 times & has been excellent & patient.
4 stars because sometimes it is closed; that may change as more people register or attend there.
This does not inconvenience me as I live only 200m away!

Amazing, those people who complain about time are completely and utterly ignorant!! I used to work at a medical centre and it was near to impossible to have your appointment on time, people making absurd comments such as "come 20 minutes later" know absolutely nothing, when a patient walks in, and greets the front desk they are put into a virtual waiting room, rocking up 20 minutes later is only going to make you wait longer, because this virtual waiting room pops up on the doctors' computers and thats when they come out and call your name. Not rocking up for 20 minutes is absolutely absurd!!

Had my first visit today and very impressed. Reception staff are friendly and courteous and I waited only 2 minutes to be seen. I saw Dr Gad whom I highly recommend. He is professional, courteous and listens to what patients say and respects their opinions. He offered me choices instead of dictating treatment. Overall, a professional, courteous service service with no waiting time. 5 out 5 stars!!!

Would not recommend Dr Ashraf Gad, highly condisending, refused to fill out my required paper work for no reason and would not accept my medical history. My wife has also had an issue, where he refused to look into her skin issue, which with further investigation from another doctor turned out to me much more sinister. Do not go to this practice, many others that are better around the area.
