
Dianella Family Medical Centre has been a long established practice providing quality health care to the community for over 40 years. We aim to provide the highest standard of patient centred, comprehensive and continuing care to individuals and families in the community. Our doctors have a wide range of interests and are committed to continued excellent patient care.
We are now open Monday - Friday from 7am and from 8am on Saturdays. If a home visit is requested during surgery hours the nurse will ascertain the status of the problem, and if necessary talk to the doctor requested. If the doctor is unavailable, WADMS will be contacted to make a home visit. All requests to speak with a doctor will be assessed by the nurse first, then if deemed necessary passed on to the relevant doctor.

All doctors are fully trained and experienced in all aspects of general practice including minor surgery. Diabetes: full diabetes management services including testing, advice, annual recalls, regular checks, pathology. Vaccinations including advice on the latest vaccines and the children's vaccination schedule.

Telehealth Services
Report
Telehealth is a health appointment by phone call or videoconference, connecting you with your GP or specialist and is available to all patients that have attended the practice in the past 12 months. Telehealth appointments are available to all patients and will be billed as per standard appointment rates.
Bookings and Fees

All consultations are by appointment. Our standard appointment time is 10-15 minutes. We encourage you to request your appointment with your preferred GP for continuity of care. Before 8am consults will be private billed at $90 for a standard consult with an out of pocket fee of $40. Do you need to book a long appointment?

There is limited parking available on-site with capacity for more parking available on Surrey St. If you need a pathology test done, this can be done by our Clinipath phlebotomist at our surgery. Opening times for Clinipath is Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturday mornings 8am to 11am. If a Glucose Tolerance Test is requested, an appointment needs to be made with our Phlebotomist.

Just finished going to Dr Bulten after having been broken up with and going through depression and anxiety wanting to seek for help. Could only go to him cause he was the only one available before going to work. Absolutely rude, arrogant and cold with no empathy whatsoever. On health engine it funnily says his special interests is in mental health , but he’s one of those typical doctors who only do it for money and doesn’t actually care about his patients. Paying so much money especially as well, his attitude is appalling. Other doctors and staff are so nice but I highly recommend not wasting

I see my regular GP here and have no issues there, but I am always left very disappointed by the service from the reception staff. Whether it be face to face or over the phone, they are always rude and standoffish, and have a terrible phone manner. No matter how polite and patient you are, they are never pleasant to speak to. I work in retail, so I understand that working with people can, at times, be frustrating. However, there is never an excuse for rudeness. I am so incredibly disappointed with the service from the reception staff at this medical practice.

Dianella Family Medical Centre is a friendly and clean practice. All the staff there are very approachable and they are all happy to help. I volunteered here as a student paramedic and enjoyed my time as I learnt a lot. Julie the Practice Manager is very nice and I thank her for the opportunity to volunteer here.
