Although they are general gynaecologists, able to assess and treat even relatively minor women's healthcare problems, Dr Urbani and Dr Baruah specialize in minimal access or keyhole gynaecological surgery.Dr Gian Urbani has been an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist since 2001. He trained at the University of the Free State, South Africa.

When you are discharged from the ward after a day procedure you should be able to manage your pain at home.

In order to claim a rebate from Medicare it is required to have a referral from either your GP or another specialist. The GP referral is valid for 12 months from the date of your first consultation. If your referral is from a specialist it is only valid for three months. Please complete a THREE-DAY bladder diary that is found under the Menopause section information pamphlets.
