Dr Serene Teh was very disappointing, and terribly unempathic. I've never had a psychologist be so abrasive, or so keen to push her own agenda on vulnerable patients. All that would have been acceptable, if she'd just LISTENED.
The GPs are ok, Dr Cohen is pretty great, but avoid Dr Teh if you feel a key element of the psychological relationship is being accepted, listened and not just charged money to be talked to like a child.

Really, really happy with this medical centre. Ive seen a few different doctors as well as the nurse practitioner and was very happy. They go out of their way to get to know you and ensure they listen to everything you have to say. I went to see Helen the nurse practitioner the other day and she was lovely! Great service and highly recommended

Extremely disappointed with this practice and it's sister clinic Pearsall.
Staff are unhelpful and would rather prescribe medications than actually help fix the issue. Have had issues with multiple staff (endometriosis misdiagnosed as renal failure, severe endometriosis as bowel issues and finally a cyst diagnosed as 'nothing').
Recently had an important surgery booked, which I had discussed with the GP prior to her referring me. I was notified four days before the surgery by the specialist that the GP had turned around and said something completely different to what she discussed with myself
