Based on the below schedule I teach 4 to 5 weekly classes. Please always check the live booking tool for the most up to date timetable.
Video Library

With over 70 recorded classes, the video library is ideal for international yogis or new students who want a taster of my yoga classes without stepping on the 'livestream' mat. You will find a Beginners and Advanced library with plenty of Vinyasa, Yin and Slow Mo classes. The library is complimentary for livestream members and pass holders so you never have to miss a class again.
