Our Healing Courses include a full Healers Practitioner course and Yoga Massage Practitioner training. All My Health courses are offered both in-studio and online with international accreditation available. Or learn yoga at home with our Beginners Yoga course online. Yoga classes are designed for beginners through to advanced. Simply let your teacher know your experience level and he/she will accommodate the class to suit your skill level. We offer a boutique style studio which ensures all participants receive the attention they require.

Through yoga, natural joy arises. When yoga is included in the workplace, staff are happier, more helpful and productivity increases dramatically. Regular yoga practice in the workplace gives staff something to look forward to and has been proven to decrease absenteeism. Stress levels will decrease significantly in the workplace through a regular yoga session, bringing calm, stability and oneness to the working environment.

Our masterclasses & intensives give us the chance to take our students on a deeper journey within specific areas of Yoga, Meditation and Healing. All fees are non-refundable, yet you can transfer fees to another masterclass if you cancel with 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations will be considered on an individual basis.

My Health Yoga Healers Course is a powerful journey of personal transformation and healing, as well as providing many tools and techniques for facilitating healing for others. Our graduates have gone on to run healing centres, healing retreats or work in various centres where healing therapies are offered.
