
The yoga we teach is so much more than a stretch - we show you how to settle your nerves, release chronic tension and calm your busy mind. Our classes focus on the mental benefits of yoga - fitness and flexibility are just by-products of a regular yoga practice. Our 'main thing' is teaching beginners how to relax and calm down.
We have more beginner's yoga classes and Yin yoga classes than most Brisbane yoga studios. While we have heaps of Vinyasa yoga classes, they aren't as strong or fancy as other Brisbane yoga studios. If you want advanced yoga classes we're probably not your cup of tea. While our classes are physical, the emphasis is on cultivating calm through presence, awareness and mindfulness.

Our teachers are experienced in yoga and in life and together we have over 80 years of yoga teaching experience to share with you.

We know that your first yoga class can be scary, you can't touch your toes, you don't know the moves, you don't have a yoga mat and you're not sure what to wear. If you're older, out of shape or lack confidence in your body you won't be intimidated by our beginner's classes because we make them easier and slower and take the time to explain how to do the poses.

Stress sucks and left unchecked can lead to declining physical and mental health. The good news is that yoga is proven to relieve stress and just a few classes each week will have you feeling calmer, relaxed and clear-headed. Rest and relaxation are usually at the bottom of our priorities which means it never gets done.
