With over 25 classes a week, you are sure to find one that suits your goals, be it relaxation, rehabilitation, toning, energy boosting or just some time out for yourself. Our boutique size classes (max 10 people in a class) with experienced instructors ensure that you receive individual attention in class.

Our therapists are qualified, experienced, caring and registered with their respective professional organisations.

Yoga Teacher Training

Join the yoga teacher training program that will transform your life, deepen your yoga practice and offers you a comprehensive study in the art of yoga teaching. Our part-time 12 months yoga teacher training covers over 350 hours of training in yoga teaching methodology, yogic philosophy, yogic physiology, applied anatomy, asana, pranayama, communication & counselling skills and meditation.
