When our thoughts are calm and our mind in its natural state of tranquility, we can move toward Self-realization and ultimately find freedom and liberation. MANUMISSION YOGA is a small team of dedicated yoga instructors which have come together to create a yoga school based on the 8 limbs of traditional yoga.

We all have been greatly influenced by the Ashtanga practice, and the Sivananada teachings. Our classes are built around highly refined sequencing, which will give the student a safe and complete yoga practice. Some classes might be free-flowing classical vinyasa style, or slower gentler Hatha styles, but all are grounded in mindfulness and breath control and breath awareness.

M A R C W I T T E N B E R G After a long career in design - Marc has been consistently teaching yoga for the last 5 years. Originally trained by Duncan Peak of Power Living Yoga (200h). He is enjoying the ongoing teachings and mentorship of Eileen Hall (Ashtanga Yoga Moves Sydney). His energetic and demanding classes are result driven but also an experience with lots of fun and joy.

Beginners yoga is designed for students new to yoga, as well as students wishing to refine and refresh their yoga practice. In time you will learn all elements needed to experience a 'complete' yoga practice. You will develop confidence in your practice, grow stronger, more flexible and stable, and you'll find a new connection with your breath, body and mind.

It will give you as many classes as you would like for 30 consecutive days - valid for Studio Classes and Online Classes. This Unlimited Class Membership entitles you to attend an unlimited amount of classes on the timetable of our school.
