Services
From the waiting room to the three consultation rooms, operating theatre, treatment room, pharmacy, laboratory and comfortable kennels, everything is completely equipped to ensure your pet gets the best care. Take our clinic tour here. We have a great team of vet professionals that will care and treat your pet like their own.
The quality of care that you and your pets receive is directly linked to the expertise of our vets, nurses and groomers. Our friendly dedicated team consists of 6 highly skilled veterinarians all with their own particular interest areas, along with approximately 10 fully qualified nursing and administration staff.
At Bulimba Vet, we strive to provide the best possible care and support for you and your pet, and to share a range of healthcare and treatment options to make sure you can make the best possible decisions for your pet. We provide an extensive range of medical and surgical services as well as complimentary services for healthcare advice.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, we have a late close 8am to 8pm, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are open 8am to 6pm. We require that you make an appointment to ensure that you are not kept waiting when you arrive and to keep the day running smoothly for you, our veterinary team, and other clients and pets.

I would not recommend Bulimba Vet Surgery. As I have been warned around the neighbourhood, it would seem Bulimba vets only care about your money, not your pet. My dog suffered complications from surgery at this vet & when I rang to advise them, I was told to bring him straight in. When I did, they checked him over & then charged me a full consult of $80 plus medications. I complained immediately & was told the owner would contact me - but she never even bothered. Just disgusting.

Absolutely amazing vet clinic. Very patient and caring even when I showed up at/ after closing time with my dog in need. Super helpful when she needed help to pass away the next day and we even got a phone call from the original vet asking how it all went. I've showed up out of the blue with a dying bird before I was a customer and they handled (hysterical) me with the up most care and patience. Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you SO much for everything you have all done!

The girl behind the counter seemed like she didn’t want to be there, in an environment with puppy’s, kittens & other assortment of animals you would assume the staff would be happy go lucky. Going to a vet is either for shots, chipping, food, injury or illness and it’s never usually “pleasant” either on your pocket or your emotions.... I would have loved to have been served by someone perky and outgoing. It’s a shame because we just purchased a puppy and this WOULD have been our local vet.
