We have just recently moved to Brisbane, and wanted to get our fur baby checked out and gain some advice. I have just received some of the best Veterinary service in my life! Extremely helpful, courteous & informative Vet. Many suggestions and advice taken onboard from our general check up, and put our minds at ease we are doing the right things. So glad we chose to bring our 'Jack' here, will absolutely be going to this vet for as long as possible.
Have even booked him in for a Haircut now as well.

Just got home from our first visit to this clinic with our new 12 week old kitten. The vet we saw was Mitch and he was wonderful: very kind, gentle, professional, caring, thorough, knowledgable, and answered all our questions. We felt welcomed by the front desk staff and were impressed overall with the quality of the clinic.

My beautiful little man Joey I adopted when he was just 10 weeks old. He was a rescue kitten. During a check up Dr Hoch noticed an anomaly with his heart. Very quickly an appointment with a heart specialist was made. The diagnosis was tough to hear. However, Dr Hoch and Nurse Jacqui were professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind in every way.
Joey is living his best life and his veterinary care has been exceptional.
My family and I will be forever grateful to Ashgrove Vet team, in particular Joey’s vet Dr Hoch.

From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank Mitch and the staff at Ashgrove Avenue Vet Clinic. Our fur baby was in amazing hands from the moment we arrived. We are truly grateful for the empathy and care shown to us at this stressful time. The specialist appointments were promptly organised so we could focus on caring for our pup. After days of uncertainty, specialist tests and major surgery our fur baby Tinkie is recovering well at home. Again thank you! We couldn't recommend Mitch and the team enough.

I have a habit of not regularly checking the mailbox. Yesterday morning I did and there was a letter from our Vet postmarked 16th September. As I was on the way to work and still feeling tender of heart over… the lose of our Bella Boo, and thinking this was the bill for her passing, I chose to leave the opening until the end day. What a surprise, and how incredibly wrong my assumption. Not a bill but a sympathy card. A hand written sympathy card actually. One written and posted a day or so after her passing. Lastnight our little puppy graduated puppy pre school and I wanted to write and say what an invaluable experience it was. We learnt so much more than I thought we would and the nurses were absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for all the take home goodies , the laughs , the lessons and the love and care shown to our puppies during this class. I cannot reccomend this puppy pre school enough to anyone with a puppy :)
