Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns affecting mental health. Our Melbourne psychologists use CBT to treat anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions by developing practical coping strategies. This structured approach empowers clients to modify negative thinking and improve emotional regulation through evidence-based techniques.
Trauma Treatment
Our trauma-informed psychologists specialise in treating PTSD, complex trauma, and childhood trauma using evidence-based approaches. Through therapies like EMDR and trauma-focused CBT, we help clients process traumatic memories safely while building resilience. Treatment focuses on symptom management, emotional regulation, and restoring personal agency through compassionate, individualised care.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy addresses communication breakdowns, trust issues, and relationship conflicts through structured sessions with experienced therapists. Using approaches like the Gottman Method, we help partners improve emotional connection, resolve conflicts constructively, and rebuild intimacy. Sessions focus on developing communication skills and strengthening relationship foundations for lasting improvements.
ADHD Management
Specialised ADHD management for adults combines cognitive strategies and behavioural interventions to address attention, organisation, and emotional regulation challenges. Our psychologists develop personalised plans to improve daily functioning, work performance, and relationship dynamics. Treatment incorporates practical tools and therapeutic support tailored to individual ADHD presentations and life circumstances.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-based approaches cultivate present-moment awareness to reduce stress and enhance emotional balance. Our practitioners teach techniques that help clients observe thoughts without judgment, improving anxiety management and emotional regulation. This approach integrates well with other therapies to support overall mental wellbeing through increased self-awareness and acceptance.

This team is amazing, always find spots if you need to be slotted in urgently. My psychologist is an absolute pleasure to work with, they also accept mental health care plans and private health cover. The premises is comfy, relaxing and clean. I love this clinic, highly recommend.

I've had heaps of success over the last three or so years seeing Luke at Mindview. After a few failed attempts at therapy I feel like I've found a place where I feel completely comfortable and confident in the future of my mental health. Being in the middle of the city makes it very accessible by public transport but it's also a few stories up in a quiet spot that seems to dodge the city noise. The rooms are neat and soundproof and the couch is super comfy to sit on. There's always water and calming music to chill out to before a session, and the reception staff are always lovely and payment/bookings
