We contacted Reach Telecom for a phone system for our ecommerce business, they were prompt to respond and honest about our options and the most suitable phones for us. they have since been reliable and we are very happy with their service and we have grown since and was easy to scale our phones up too.

After 2 years fighting with Telstra and mutilple TIO complaints against them, I decided to make the switch to a smaller 3rd party provider, I'm my search I found Reach, and what can I say, BRILLANT! Reach fixed my audio quality issues on my phone line from the word go. Something Telstra had failed to do for 2 years. Hugh is a treat to deal with and the hardware and equipment sent out for me was clearly NEW and not refurbed. 10/10 great service and products

Reach Telecom has provided us with our phone and Internet services. Couldn't be happier with the Services we have received to date. we had a few issues with our internet cabling and even though this was an internal cabling issue and had nothing to do with Reach took the time and they were very helpful in identifying the problems and referring us to the right person to fix this issue. Highly Recommended.
