Itswitch team is very professional but the owner david is cheapster, unprofessional and very unethical person. david always tried to overcharge my company for small things. they charged me $160 for false tickets and when i disputed it, david made up one story and gave it to me. totally unprofessional, disrespectful and money-hunger fellow. very unAustralian

Poor service. Installation technicians cannot understand basic English. Had to repeat myself 5 times before they even understand what I am saying.
Had to write email to their seniors so that they can understand one simple issue.
Wasted my money on such a pathetic service. Avoid.
