Fantastic experience dealing with Luke at Mr PC. My laptop was running slow so I took it in to see if this could be improved. After running a diagnostics check I was presented with several options to improve the performance of my laptop and feel I was offered very genuine advice and not at all pressured into going for the expensive option. In the ended I opted to upgrade my driver which was very reasonably priced and has enabled my laptop to run at a significantly improved speed. Very happy customer.

Great service. Didn't charge me a cent for assessing my macbook after I decided the repairs were more than I wanted to spend (not that the price was unreasonable). New repairer of choice.

Took in a MacBook Air for water damage repairs. Fixed promptly and now working as before. Great service, know their stuff. Also had a charging issue a few days later, took it back and they were able to fix (bent pin) at no additional cost. Very thankful. Will be back.

Extremely poor communication from the team at MrPC IT Solutions. Dropped off my laptop a month ago after I had spilled water on the device. Was told they would call me back to determine if they could fix the motherboard or else at least perform data recovery. After two weeks I heard nothing. So I called them myself and they said they had successfully recovered my data and to drop off my hard drive for data transfer. I dropped off my hard drive and they said they would call me back once it was completed, but expected it to take less than 24 hours. After a week, still no callback, so I had to proactively
