For Life was initially created as I wanted to help other people enjoy a healthier, happier sense of being and increased levels of confidence and self-esteem. Whilst not initially active in early life, I enjoyed a very positive transformation to my own health and fitness, and I thought other people should share in this, too.

I am a fully qualified PT (Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Boxing accredited) with 13+ years' industry experience, coupled with a Business degree in HRM, a Graduate Certificate in Adult and Vocational Education and Training and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (Achieved inclusion in the 'Vice-Chancellor's List for Academic Excellence in 2014' for the Graduate Certificate, finishing in the top 2% of RMIT Higher Education students in 2014.)

Sessions are conducted in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne (City of Manningham) in a climate-controlled, boutique training studio. For Life is aimed at "normal" people with a desire (or even a medical requirement) to improve fitness levels and become healthier. You may have suffered an injury that has limited your ability to maintain your health/fitness levels.
One on One Personal Training

One-on-one training sessions are conducted inside my personal training studio and include specialised programs designed to meet your specific needs and requirements. Your goal may be specifically weight loss, toning or increasing body strength, or a combination of multiple objectives. No two clients are the same, and sessions are tailored to meet your needs.
Group Personal Training

Do you love to train with a friend? Is it easier to commit to an exercise program if you know some else has come along for the ride? Here at Fit 'n Fab. For Life, group sessions are conducted with a minimum of 2 people, up to a maximum of 4 participants. Moreover, the cost per person reduces as the number of participants increase, and this can be beneficial if you wish to train with friends or family members.
