Dr. Kiran Puttappa and Dr Jags Krishnan are the current Managing Directors of Harrisdale Medical Centre. They bring their 20 years of healthcare experience in various health sectors. Kiran is specially trained in internal medicine and psychiatry also Ex Board member of RACGP (W.A) faculty and one of the senior Examiners to Royal Australasian college of General Practice and currently sits as a Panel member for AHPRA.

The receptionist will be able to assist you in most cases, however if you wish to speak to your doctor, he/she may have to return your call when consultations have ended. We prefer the patients to come and see the GPs for any repeat prescriptions. In that way, the Doctor can look into the right dose and the need to continue the prescription.
Dietitian

Jayanthi is an accredited practising dietitian who graduated in 2002 with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and then went on to complete a post-graduate diploma in dietetics from Curtin University in 2014. She is member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and member of coeliac society WA.
Psychologist

Born and bred in country WA, Darren has been using his psychological background in various roles for over 20 years. Commencing in the government sector as a Graduate Welfare Officer in Geraldton in 1996, he has since worked in the public, private and NGO sectors. Much of his early years were focused on families and young people.

The worst doctors I've ever been to. Receptionists are arrogant only good doctor there has left.
Since he was my doctor I asked about seeing another doctor there only to be told they are too full and we'll transfer your files to another practice.
Wouldn't know duty of care or customer support if it hit them in the face

Since I have moved into the neighborhood, I have been trying to get an appointment with a Doctor for my daughter who is 4 years old and everytime I call them, they keep saying they only look after existing patients and cannot see any new patients.

Shout out the amazing customer service received from Shannon. When I got to the centre she notified me that the doctor was running quite behind. She offered that I could pop into the shops and come back in 20-30mins. I was grateful that I didn't have to sit in the centre for longer than I needed to. Thank you
