Report
Health assessment is an in-depth assessment of the patient's health and wellbeing. The purpose of this is to help identify any risk factors exhibited by the patient, that may require further management. Our staff are committed to providing the best possible healthcare by offering patient Health Assessments.
Chronic Disease Management, Care Plans & Nursing Support
Report
Your Doctor at Warrina Medical Centre in conjunction with yourself will plan and coordinate your Health Care needs. These needs may include multidisciplinary team-based care - Specialist care, podiatrist, dietitian, diabetic educator, occupational therapy, physiotherapist and other allied health professional services.
Procedures
Report
Appointments are required for procedures and we ask if you can arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Procedures may be prolonged. If you can not make your pre-booked appointment, we do ask that you give the courtesy of contacting us at least 24 hours prior, so that we do not commence preparation for your procedure and free the appointments for other patients who need to be seen.
Iron Infusion
Report
There is always a nurse in the room with you throughout the procedure, monitoring you. She will stop the infusion if there are any concerns that you may be having a reaction to the infusion. There is no particular preparation needed for an Iron Infusion, except to drink plenty of water for hydration.

Consultation is by appointment and we request that patients report to reception staff upon arrival. Despite our best intentions, we sometimes may run late!. This is because someone has needed unexpected urgent attention. We appreciate your consideration in this matter and assure you that when it comes to your turn the Doctor will give you the time you deserve.
