Consultations are by appointments only. However, we will gladly accommodate any urgent medical problems. Most visits take 10 - 15 minutes. If you anticipate spending longer time with your doctor, please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment. Also, it would be appreciated if you could contact the surgery if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Have been going here for a while now, the staff are always so friendly. Recently Megan has been giving me my COVID jabs, and she makes the whole process so easy. Would definitely recommend!

I like this practice, it got one of the best practitioners, the staff are keen and friendly if you are lucky you will be served at the front desk by Sarah and Nikki and for me the best doctor is Dr.Jason Simpson who is one of the most experienced, devoted and professional doctors there. Thanks Jason for being our family doctor since you joined the practice and especially for your continuous support for us, you are kinda one in millions.

This has been my GP Practice for over 20 years. I have had 2 regular doctors in that time- both excellent, and others for incidental visits. Always considerate, compassionate, forward thinking and professional.

Saw Dr. Christmas today to remove a few skin things. Highly recommended by Dr. Kat ( my family Dr from same clinic ). Fantastic experience. Had no need to be nervous at all. Didn’t feel anything. Great Dr. for skin cancer patients. Thanks Doc

This clinic is ALWAYS at least 30 minutes late no matter what time your appointment is. Starting to look at alternative clinics because the wait time is ridiculous. If I book an appointment at a certain time, I would like to be in that appointment at that time.
