Giving this a 5-star review simply for Dr Ting. Caring, careful and just amazing. Her concern for my husband, her patient, is out of this world. A great, great doctor.

Friendly staff! And I love Dr Ting! She’s like a mother who shows genuine concern about my health. I really appreciate her kind advice. I went for women health consultation and Dr Ting did checks (pap smear & cervical screening) for me on the spot. All bulk-billed! High recommend this place and would definitely come back.

New to the area so it was My first visit I found it a most welcoming & friendly Medial Centre , as soon as you step in the door the Receptionist greeting was friendly & welcoming . I saw Dr Ting who also made me feel welcome & comfortable ( Thank You Dr Ting ) and then to the nurse who was also friendly & gentle doing my ears You are all amazing people . I am so pleased to have found your centre & no that I will be looked after on any other visits

Not the best when I asked for medical records to be sent to another medical professional they refused if I didn't pay a 30 dollar fee although this was not advertised on their website now she has to redo tests that Medicare has covered. They seem to like making more appointments so they can bulk bill but you leave with nothing but test results. All talk no action. I can't believe they hold a child's medical records as ransom for $$$ lol I have noticed the owner has tried to justify one star reviews with that in mind I do agree with both previous patients that have given a low rating

Time and time again I felt rushed out the door, with appointments meant to last 15min down to 5min. I felt the doctor I saw there didn't give all that much attention and advice with the various concerns we had. The nurse who administered vaccines to my children needed to be more compassionate and warm. I should've changed to another medical centre ages ago. Yet, all staff is polite.

Dr Ting is the best gp for us. She's so kind, a good listener and treated us like a family. All staff are welcoming too . Now, Starhill Medical Center is part of our family in regards of health issue.

Very easy to get an appointment, ample parking, friendly staff. Have been there for several years, tried different doctors, and now both me and my husband are very happy with Dr Ting, she's very knowledgeable, found out my problems after spending a few minutes with me, while other GP and specialist failed to.

I've visited this medical centre multiple times, one of the doctors barely spoke English and couldn't be understood at all. The other one called me in twice for one lot of results and spaced them out. I can understand why because Medicare pays for each visit. But I took the day off work today for a doctors appointment where I wasnt listened too, my doctor couldn't have gotten me out of the room quicker and didn't even listen to my concerns about me not sleeping at night after a car accident. She just said it was the time difference, well I've been here for 4 1/2 months 🤷🏻‍♀️ This medical

I brought my daughter in for a check up after a minor car accident. I was able to get an appointment within short notice. All staff were polite and welcoming. The doctor we seen was very thorough and caring.

I am so impressed with Dr Ashwini attention to details on my medical needs. She is so thorough in her explanation about my condition. She patiently took the trouble to review all my medications which I have been taking for years. The environment is superbly clean. The clinic has a great team of staff, always greeting you with a smile. I will recommended her to everyone who wants the personal touch.
