Freshstart is a family-owned business, operated by Husband & Wife Tim and Kelly Jones. A couple and a team, dedicated to fun, fitness and generally getting the most out of life. Tim, Kelly and the FSF team pride themselves on being friendly, supportive and experts in the fitness profession. For them, Freshstart is more than a gym, it is a community of people focused on improving their health and happiness.
About Us

We offer 45 minute and 1 hour creche options for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. You can enjoy your workout and know that your child is in safe hands with our wonderful caring creche staff. Our creche team aims to create a fun, creative and stress free environment for all of the young ones that come through our doors.

Freshstart Fitness is a family-owned fitness facility located on the Northern Beaches, that has been operating under current owners Kelly and Tim Jones for the past 5-years. Freshstart has developed into now having several specialised gym programs including for Over 60's, Kids and Teens and CrossFit.

Strong Seniors is a program targeted to 55+ and will help you to improve your mobility, balance, co-ordination and strength, through group instructor lead classes. It is suitable for beginners through to experienced gym users. We assess and accommodate for injuries and your specific goals. We also have a great social and supportive bunch already on board, that will welcome any new faces!
