Fitness Moves provides Personal Training on the North Shore Sydney, specialising in strength training for weight loss, muscle gain, tone, strength and overall health. We also do Sports Specific Coaching, and give advise to help keep you motivated to attain your optimal fitness level. Lose weight, gain muscle tone and strength, in a controlled, sustainable way with our Training System (ZTS) designed to your unique body and mind needs.

Our personal training, indoor, and outdoor, one on one, group, and corporate training programs are all about providing the tools, techniques, and guidance, to empower you toward a more energetic, dynamic and joy filled lifestyle.

Fitness Moves, was started by our head Personal Trainer Sydney, Denis Zolin to satisfy his passion to help people manage their health and fitness needs. His own experiences of managing stress and weight control through exercise gave him the impetus to seek out the best systems on how to help others find their exercise and nutrition balance.

The Zol Training System (ZTS) is designed to continuously stimulate your body's neuromuscular system through progressive exercises and movements so you keep improving. Frequently introducing your body to new and demanding movements avoids the frustration of plateauing instead you will see continuous benefits to body and mind throughout the duration of your training program.

Scott, an elite athlete and fitness fanatic was looking for a different challenge, whilst he was extremely fit he wanted a change up in his training, something that would both take him to peak fitness and give him a bit more muscle definition and size.He decided to enter the Australian Men's Fitness Magazine's Fit Bloke Challenge 2012, so he required some specific training in the 3 months leading upto the event.
