Cindy is fantastic, she genuinely cares for your pets and takes her time and is always happy to answer any questions. Vet nurses Kelly and Emily are great too they remember the names of your pets as soon as you walk in the door and have always been extremely helpful over the phone. I have always been happy with the personable service that we have received.

Cindy and her team are fantastic.
Cindy is so lovely, she explains things well and never tried to push 'extra' services on me. She gave my cat extremely high quality care, and she didnt rush.
She took a minimalist approach to my cat's care instead of just overloading him with injections.
Cost wise, this vet clinic is the best priced one I have been to. And I've been to vets in 3 different states for my cat's ongoing skin condition.
The overall level and quality of care was comparable to none. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Our dog Simon was bitten by another dog this morning on our morning walk, so we rushed him into this vet down the street. Despite not having an appointment, the staff at Oxley village vet took him in immediately and examined him - free of charge! Amazing, excellent service which deserves recognition- especially since this was a scary experience for us as first time pet owners.
Simon will definitely be back for his annual visits, and shout out to the young chap who gave us excellent advice and assisted us today 😊

Booked for my dog's dental check and they didn't even contact me about cancelling the appointment due to the lockdowns - I had to email them myself (at least they replied promptly).
When I went to the vet, they just took my dog briefly into a second room and proceeded to say my dog's teeth were great eventhough they needed to be pulled out! I was disappointed by this poor and careless service.

The care and treatment provided by this local vet is first class. Mazie, the younger dog has had 2 ACL ops and surgery on her front leg to resolve a dysplasia issue. Diesel, now a senior dog has had a few issues that were quickly seen to and resolved. Cindy and Kelly have been fantastic in their care for both dogs and providing information and reassurance when needed.
