When the first batch of supplements took a long time to arrive, 5th Element Wellness posted another batch to me. The fact that they were willing to post another couple of hundred of dollars worth of supplements to ensure I was getting good service is astounding! They posted the second batch with reply paid package however it would be very easy for me to keep the second batch worth a lot of money - Exceptional service. 100% recommend.

I came upon 5th Element Wellness at the Fitness Expo in 2019 and promptly booked in to finally fix my gut health issues. While it’s a lengthy process, it’s definitely worth it. Dave also takes the time to explain everything to you about what and why your gut is reacting the way it is which has been valuable information. Highly recommend.

5th Element Wellness was recommended to me by a friend, and since joining in early 2018 it hasn't disappointed. The front of house team are lovely, the trainers utterly awesome (shout outs to my ex. trainers Paul and Liam, and current trainer Jack) and the 'boutique' atmosphere is spot on. It's not a typical 'posers' gym where you're just another… number, and the advise is more wholistic (diet, lifestyle and training). The trainers know exactly when to push and when not to, and acknowledge when you're putting in the hard yards! I've made improvements to my strength and body composition,

I came to 5ew with some pretty serious health issues: a diagnosed autoimmune condition, post-op muscular problems and to top it all off, I was going through a really intense period of grief, having just lost my closest friend to cancer. If it sounds messy, it really was. My body was stressed. I was physically and mentally depleted. I knew I needed… holistic support to turn my health around and had really run out of conventional options. Thankfully a friend of mine recommended 5ew. The first thing the 5ew team did was to match me with a trainer based on my goals and how I liked to work. They

More than just a gym, 5EW is a community with a collective passion for health and fitness. When ever I have completed blocks of training at 5EW Ive had very specific fitness goals, and under the guidance of Joel Sargent (my personal trainer) I have been pushed and supported to reach those goals. Joel was on call for any questions I had around my… diet, training and recovery. He even helped me structure programming while I was overseas and training away from 5EW. It's this attention to detail and generous support that makes 5EW the place to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. Aside
