Benesse Group offers outdoor group fitness and running groups Melbourne. We run our sessions from the Athletics track (George Knott Reserve) on Heidelberg Road, Clifton Hill, Melbourne. We also have running groups Melbourne from Chelsworth Park, Ivanhoe & Personal Training Thornbury. So, if you are keen to do your training out in the fresh air and don't like gyms call us now.
Stretchfit

Benesse Group offers small group studio stretching classes using the Stretchfit approach out of our Thornbury studio. We have classes scattered throughout the week in the morning and evening and classes run for 45 minutes. In a typical stretching class with us you will stretch most of the major muscle groups in your body.
Kids fitness

We also have a strong emphasis on wellbeing and integrate positive psychology concepts when we devise fitness programs for teens. Hilary, Scott and Bronwyn are the coaches. Hilary is an amazing runner and coach. The kids love her lovely demeanour and laid-back style. Scott is well known as a Little Athletics coaching expert and current President for Collingwood Harriers.
