A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 5 working days prior to the first pet sitting visit. Should you need to cancel any visit paid in full, we will happily refund 85% of the total cancelled visit value. If you wish we can credit 100% of the total cancelled visit value to your account for next time.
