Our group dog walking program provides structured exercise and socialization for dogs of all breeds. Puppy Preschool
This four-week course focuses on early socialization and basic obedience for puppies aged 8-16 weeks. Sessions cover toilet training, bite inhibition, and essential commands in a home environment. Limited to five puppies per class, the program emphasizes positive reinforcement and family involvement for long-term behavioral success.
Dog Training

Are your services available on public holidays?
Our group dog walking program does not operate on NSW public holidays, but we offer pet sitting services year-round with prior arrangement.
What qualifications do your trainers hold?
Our head trainer has 20+ years of experience, certifications from APDT Australia, NSW Canine Council, and German Shepherd Dog League NSW, plus Delta Society accreditation.
What are the requirements for puppy preschool?
Puppies must be 8-16 weeks old, have received their first C3 vaccination at least one week prior, and provide proof of flea/worm treatment before starting the course.
Do you offer one-on-one training options?
Yes, we provide in-home private training sessions tailored to individual dogs' needs, including basic obedience, behavior modification, and rescue dog rehabilitation programs.

Did the 4-week puppy school and it was highly informative and useful even for people who has owned dogs before. The tips from David really helped with my Doxiecollies separation anxiety. Theres even weekly emails to summarise what youve learnt. You and your pup will really benefit from it - what you learn here will stay with you for the dogs lifetime. Highly recommend for everyone to go and do this course! Thanks for your care and expertise David!

I highly recommend David and The Pawfessional team ! David trained our labradoodle in the very early puppy stage and to his credit we have a very calm, obedient, friendly dog .. Davids ongoing commitment to dog training is a testament to him .. he takes our dog for weekly dog walks and Pablo is so excited when he hears his truck pull up ! I recommend Davids training and walking for dogs .. he is truly the best in the business !

David is an excellent dog trainer. Before lockdown, we had two individual sessions with David regarding two separate issues with our dogs. The first one was to assist with our adopted 4 year-old husky's fear of new surfaces. We also wanted to train her to enter and leave through our front door. David was able to work with her and she now walks comfortably around our home, entering and leaving through the front door. The second was to assist with the socialisation of our Husky and 8-week old Labrador puppy. David was thorough and very helpful in teaching us how to read their body language. He helped

David has a wonderful knowledge and understanding of dogs and offers advice in a practical, common-sense way. He really wants to help give your dog the best possible quality of life. Sadly we didnt have the best experience with David. Off the bat when we met in person he was quite judgemental and condescending, shaking his head and rolling his eyes at us because we made the mistake of taking our pup to dog parks to socialise him. We felt his knowledge was limited for what we were after, he helped in a couple ways but besides that we didnt learn anything new and Ive learnt so much more from professional trainers on YouTube. David somehow managed to constantly avoid answering several of my questions until I would have to make suggestions myself and answer my own questions
