Prior to Georges where did you work? Gunners Barracks in Mosman was my last place of work but before that I worked in a number of restaurants in Santorini in Greece, such a beautiful place. Favourite career memory? 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, I was working in the Thission Hotel at the time, great atmosphere, great customers and great $$$!
