We are committed to providing specific and accurate diagnoses and devising individual treatment plans with a one-on-one, "hands on" approach to target the underlying cause of your pain. We will ensure that you understand the process involved in your recovery so that you are actively involved, and thereby teach you how to prevent recurrence and stay fitter, healthier and more active for longer.
Classes

Whether you are recovering from a specific injury, have long term back pain or just want to stay in the best health & fitness possible, our Clinical Pilates classes are tailored to your needs. All our sessions are led by physiotherapists ensuring you are in a safe, expertly monitored environment.

If you are interested in joining our classes, we ask that you first organise a 1:1 session with one of our physiotherapists to assess your suitability for which level you would benefit from most.
Clinical Pilates Matwork

55 minute small group class (6 clients max) from beginner to advance, these classes will help you to ensure you are using the right muscle activation to achieve correct core recruitment. You will use small equipment such as therabands, sliders and fitballs to further challenge the concepts of stabilisation.
Reformer
Report
Semi-Private 40 minute sessions (3 clients max). Best suited to those who are currently without injury and have some prior experience with Clinical Pilates, these classes will add further challenge to your workout. Experts in movement control, your physio will tailor the exercise for your specific needs and fitness level so that you leave each session feeling like you've had a full body workout without being overloaded!
TEENS Strength

Fun, challenging core strength class specifically for Teens - Learn how to properly engage your core to improve strength and prevent injuries in the busy active lifestyle of our local teenagers. These classes are suitable for rowers, footballers, netballers & athletes who want to get an edge on their opposition or for those teens that simply need to improve posture, coordination and concentration in today's digital world.
