Love these guys. In particular, Dominic Ong and Nelson Tran, both who I have had the pleasure (and relief!) of meeting, for Physio consult and treatment.
Trustworthy, professional and really good at what they do. They are quick to identify the problem, to treat it effectively and to offer advice on how to prevent future issues. I havent been there often (and heres a tip - if youve got a Physio you see a LOT for the same problem, then maybe you need a better Physio!) - my experience with this team is always positive, educational and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Exceptional in every facet from initial assessment, to treatment options, to extensive knowledge and explanation of your injury & exercises or everyday movements to help correct or improve. If you have hit a road block, contact Five Dock physio and give them a go. I did & haven’t looked back since.

Jason is an amazing physiotherapist and runs a great practice. He has been treating my moderate scoliosis for more than six years and he has greatly helped to reduce my pain and stiffness. Between the massage and the exercises he has prescribed for me to do, we have managed to reduce the severity of my spinal curves with a visible difference in my posture and shoulders being even. Even at the last minute he will squeeze me in for an appointment, is available into the evening and even on weekends. Thank you Jason!
