Saint Meat was first established in North Haven in 1995 as "Saints Meat Store" by Shannon Anderson who was only 19 years old at the time. Shannon commenced his apprenticeship working under the guidance of his Father in the family business at Tender Meat at West Lakes at a mere 13 years of age and progressed his experience at Argentine Meat Store at Semaphore to become a qualified Butcher at only 16.
