Mybutcher is located in Adelaide, South Australia and provides meat throughout the state and the Northern Territory. Full-Blood Wagyu Beef - now available to buy to eat in your own home.

A variety of cuts are availabe to buy by the piece at mybutcher. This is not forever but an opportunity to experience this nationally recognized, award winning first class wagyu beef from our own state of South Australia. Mayura Station Signature Series Wagyu beef has been specifically developed for greater complexity and integration of extremely high marbling, rich with buttery and nutty flavours a silky smooth texture and unrivalled juiciness.

We have a strong focus on the supply of top quality South Australian produce; including 36° South Beef, Bultarra Australian Salt Bush Lamb, Thornby Lamb, Greenslade Free Range Poultry (and more) whilst sourcing superior Australian brands and a certified distributor for MSA products. All products are sourced from our clean and green state of S.A. The products are prepared naturally with no added flavours or marinades ready for you to add your own signature flavours. They are slow cooked in the bag and under steam for up to 7 hours. The Range includes Pork and Beef Ribs, and Pulled Pork and Beef as tasted at 'Think Food'.

Tony Buckley, Managing Director goes around Australia in search of the perfect brands to match our clients needs. His travels take him right around Australia and importantly to our local producers here in South Australia. The selection is narrowed to these brands; Mayura Wagyu, 36° South Beef, Jacks Creek Angas and Wagyu, Riverine Premium and Classic Beef, Bultarra Saltbush Lamb, Thornby Lamb and Loukoumi - with many medals amongst them.

First established in 1845, Mayura Station is a National award winning boutique beef producer specialising in Full-blood Wagyu beef. Ageing can't be hurried and respecting the traditions of five generations of the Buckley family farming the Adelaide Hills. The Ageing Room is a nod to the traditions started in 1842.
