Full disclosure, I am a close friend of Fiona Tuck. For over a year the Vita-sol product sat in my kitchen cupboard. It was not until friends started raving that I finally used it. Two teaspoons were enough to make it as much of a daily habit as using my toothbrush. Not sure what’s in it, but it gives me that extra rep at the gym. Lance Armstrong should have been using Vita-sol.

How sad that a so called Nutritional Medicine Practitioner believes FODMAP diet is a fad! Well as an IBS sufferer Fiona I can tell you FODMAP is a medically endorsed and recommended diet for those of us… unfortunate enough to have Irritable Bowel Syndrome as would any of the thousands upon thousands of people world wide who have this medical condition. And if you’re still not convinced I’m sure any person with IBS would be more than happy for you to come spend some time with us so you can see first hand the hell we go through. Also shame on Chemist Warehouse for allow your ridiculous
