One thing I can guarantee that They will respond your question or query faster than others broker I have worked in last 12 years in Australia. They looks blunt at time in your face but believe me this will give you maximum chances get approved by lender or bank cuz they know inside out of lender thinking as well as provides you best options available to you with your current liability
