All bookings for Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates can be made over the phone, online or via the Mindbody app. To make an appointment please phone us or to book online please head to our booking page. We currently have one dedicated parking space located behind Cali Press, marked with a Limitless sign on the fence.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that another client on the waiting list can be treated or fill your spot. If you are cancelling outside our clinic hours please do so via email as we do not check the voicemail until we arrive in the morning. We ask that you remember that a broken appointment hurts three.
