Mayflower is a not-for-profit (for purpose), non-denominational, community-based organisation created to support the wellbeing of older Australians. Mayflower was established in 1961 after a group of volunteers from the Collins Street Independent Church in Melbourne identified the need for a residential village for older Australians in the community.
