Dan did a great job of diaganosing the problem quickly and offering alternative solutions. I choose to ge a new mother board which had to be ordered from OS. He kept me updated on the progress and delivered the laptop ahead of schedule. In addition he helped set up my NAS correctly. Thanks Dan
