Shedfit was established in 2010 at our Wellington Point location. We're a small family-owned and operated Personal Training studio created by John and Debbie Burdfield, experienced and qualified personal trainers.

Our standard fees are listed below. We recommend 1hr sessions. This allows time for weigh-ins and general communication, a warm-up period, then approx 45min actual training time and a thorough hands-on stretch at the end.
