I could not be happier with Irene's Schonberg's advice and assistance. She is a well credentialled scientist with a demonstrably deep knowledge of nutrition and dietetics. Since she has been treating me I feel discernibly better. More importantly, her careful and patient explanations are improving my knowledge and my understanding - along with my well-being. Irene is now on my list of 'must have' health professionals.

I started seeing Irene in September last year after I was diagnosed with Glandular Fever. I then had ongoing liver issues. Irene supported my recovery with her extensive knowledge and true compassion. We worked on my diet, supplements that would support my healing and ways in which to reduce stress and anxiety. I had a liver biopsy only a few weeks ago. Came back that my liver looked quite good now. I am continuing to see Irene as I know in her hands I will be able to keep in good health. She has amazing recipes, dedication to her clients and the ability to make one feel calm and 'looked after

Irene has been treating my husband since April 2020 when he was diagnosed with an aggressive type of brain tumour. Her expertise and knowledge assisted my husband to recover from surgery , extensive radiotherapy and chemo I believe a lot sooner than if we had not engaged her services . The medical profession painted a very bleak view of my husbands recovery and future post surgery and treatment. Right now he is working , training and doing all the things he loves to do . Irene fills the gaps of conventional medical treatment through analysis of blood and toxicity levels. She is very passionate

I signed up to the Eat Right For Life programme a little sceptical. I mean what you they teach me, that I didn't already know about myself. I am already vegetarian surely I must be healthy. Boy was I wrong. Leveraging Irene's incredible expertise combined with science, I found out very quickly was I was doing right more more importantly was I was doing wrong, and there was lots. I have since kept a daily food diary, switched to better homemade breakfast cereals, and learned to eat generally less processed foods. Although I am still far from perfect, I will continue learn and develop from Eat Right

I had my first nutrition appointment with Irene four months ago. At the time I was experiencing multiple issues including extreme fatigue and anaemia, partly due to living with an autoimmune disease, but also because of diet and lifestyle factors. Irene was incredibly thorough in assessing my health, and recommended many changes to my diet, as well as a programme of supplements to address various imbalances. The dietary changes she recommended are practical and realistic, and I have found them easy to implement on a daily basis. I have tried many diets and eating plans in the past, but this is
