Don't let your body slow you down! Look after your body so that you can be moving well beyond 50, beyond 60, beyond 70, beyond 80, beyond 90.! When you're in your midlife, you certainly DO NOT necessarily feel old! And you most certainly aren't old! BUT it really is important to make sure you're moving well so that you can continue to live life the way you want to, through your 50s and beyond.

As Sports Coordinator at St Mary Star of the Sea College I have used KinKou Yoga for the Yr 7 and the Yr 9/10 Sport program since 2015. Kathy provides an excellent variety of Yoga classes that suit the needs and abilities of the students in every class. She has a positive and caring approach with the students, clearly explaining, demonstrating and encouraging each student to work to her potential and within safe boundaries.
